Company history
1999
- Company founded by experienced professionals with capital venture support
2002
- Launch of the first multidisciplinary platform for clinical chemistry, coagulation and immunology in France and on the international market, protected by several patents
2003
- Introduction of the MAXMAT PL platform to the wine analysis market
2004
- Registration of the MAXMAT PL platform in China (SFDA)
2006
- Status of Research and Development Company conferred by the French Ministry of Research
- First O.E.D. contract (development of a unique instrument for preparation of biological samples for storage)
- Launch of the MAXMAT clinical chemistry reagent line
2007
- Registration of the MAXMAT PL platform in the USA (FDA)
- Launch of the MAXMAT Haemostasis reagent line
2008
- Introduction of the MAXMAT PL platform on the French Biotechnological / Pharmaceutical market
- First installation of the platform in the French Blood Bank organization network
- Other ongoing O.E.D. contracts
2009
- Launch of the MAXMAT PL COAG haemostasis instrument
- Ongoing development of an immunology system to be launched in partnership with an immunology reagent company
2012
- Acquisition by the Erba Mannheim group
